Portuguese Seasoned Roast Potatoes 

Featuring Hunt & Gather Portuguese Rub

These smoky, zesty, spicy potatoes will take your tastebuds to the next level.

@inthemoodforallthingsfood flavoured these potatoes with the delicious Portuguese Rub.

Serves 4-5

You will need..

1-1.2kg Potatoes

6 Tbsp Oil

3 Tbsp of Hunt & Gather Portuguese Rub

2 Small or 1 Large Onion

Aioli

Flat Leaf Parsley

- Preheat oven to 200 Fan. Peel and cut your potatoes into chunks and place in a bowl. 

- Add your oil and rub to the potatoes and mix well till everything is evenly coated. Place on a baking tray.

- Bake the potatoes for around 45 minutes turning every so often. After 45 mins add your onion to the potatoes along with another drizzle of oil.

- Bake for a further 10-15 mins or until potatoes are crispy and golden. 

- To serve place in a bowl. Drizzle with some Aioli and garnish with the parsley. 

- Enjoy!
