Best Footy Bites 

Featuring Hunt & Gather Texas Prime Rib Rub

These quick and easy bites are perfect to make for picnics, school lunches, or nibbles with friends and family.

INGREDIENTS

1 large Egg

1/3 cup Olive Oil

2/3 cup Milk

1 1/2 cups Tapioca Flour

1/2 cup Tasty Cheese

1/4 cup Cream Cheese

1 tbsp Hunt & Gather Texas Prime Rib Rub

2-3 tsp Dishy Black Mediterranean Flake Salt

METHOD

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C and grease a mini muffin tray.

Step 2

In a blender add the egg, oil, milk, flour and tasty cheese and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Mix the cream cheese and Hunt & Gather Texas Prime Rib Rub together.

Step 4

Fill the muffin tray half way and put a small amount of the cream cheese mixture on top. Pour the rest of the batter on top of the cream cheese until each hole is 3/4 filled. Sprinkle the black salt flakes on top and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes and then serve.
