Peking Pork Dumplings Recipe

Featuring Hunt & Gather Pulled Pork Seasoning.

This is your sign to make homemade dumplings.. 

 

Pork mince laced with Asian spices using Hunt & Gather Pulled Pork Seasoning.

These are so easy to make and so delicious!

 

You will need.. 

450g Pork Mince (with good amount of fat)

2 Spring Onion Stalks

Good Scrunch of Hunt & Gather Peking Pulled Pork Seasoning (about 2 Tsp)

1/2 Tsp Salt

3 Tsp Soy

2 Tsp Chinese Cooking Wine

4 Tsp Water for mixture

-Place all the filling ingredients in a large bowl and give a good mix. 

-Grab a dumpling wrapper and place in about a heaped tsp of the filling in the centre. 

-With your finger brush the edges of the wrapper with some water (this will help to seal the dumpling)


-Fold in half to make a semi circle and pinch in the centre. Then pinch and gather each side to the middle. 

-Continue till all the filling is used. I found this amount made about 35 dumplings. 

-Prepare by either boiling, steaming or pan frying and serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
